Delivery Information

Shop with confidence and have your order delivered to your town by one of our courier partners, or have your order delivered at your doorstep.

Our delivery fees start from R60, R110, R140, R150 all over the country (South Africa).

Delivery takes place during Courier Partners business working days, Monday to Friday. Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday from 08:00am to 17:00pm.

There are deliveries after hours, over weekends, or on public holidays. 

PAXI Courier services will deliver your order at your nearest PEP, PEP CELL, PEP HOME, PEPKOR Logistics, Shoe City, Sky Net Worldwide Express, Tekkie Town and Ram Couriers, an SMS will be sent to you to collect your parcel, have your ID document with you and show the SMS to the cashier when collecting your parcel.

PostNet 2 PostNet Courier services will have your parcel delivered to your nearest PostNet, an SMS will be sent to you by PostNet once the parcel is ready for collection in your town. This Courier service is convenient for customers who have PostNet in their town.

The Courier Guy Courier Services will have you parcel delivered at your nearest The Courier Guy or have you parcel delivered at your doorstep

 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes depends on your delivery address, postal code, and courier service chosen.

For a PAXI Standard bag delivery can take between 3-5 business days and 7-9 business days, and for a PAXI Large bag, delivery can take between 3-5 business days and 7-9 business days.

With PostNet, delivery can take from 2-4 business days

With The Courier Guy, delivery can take from 2-3 business days

Please note that during high volume periods like seasonal sales, or Black Friday, Dubai Perfumes Connect reserves the right to extend their delivery timeframes. Delivery might then take 3 - 10 working days.
